A Mechanical Engineering graduate (1996) with over 27 years of deep field expertise. Starting as a Maintenance Engineer for hydraulic systems, Eng. Ahmed Shawky mastered the science of the machine before mastering the art of the drill.
His career has taken him from the Nile Delta to the mountains of Bolivia, managing critical HDD operations for industry giants like El Sewedy Cables, Flowtex, and TATCO.
Founded in July 2025, Kemet Global represents his vision: to combine elite technical engineering with the agility of a dedicated partner.

Welcome to Kemet Global U.A.E. ("Company", "We", "Our"). Operating under a Free Zone License (SPCFZ) and holding professional membership with the UAE Society of Engineers, our mandate is strictly defined as technical consultancy and engineering management.
■ Core Competencies & Site Presence
We provide highly specialized engineering designs, trajectory planning, and advanced implementation supervision. Our site presence is strictly supervisory and advisory to ensure equipment is utilized correctly according to the engineered trajectory. We do not engage in the physical or manual operation of drilling rigs, heavy machinery, or associated field equipment.
■ Regulatory Framework & Local Approvals
Kemet Global does not act as the primary liable entity before local mainland municipalities, road transport authorities, or other local governmental bodies for permit acquisition. We do not directly stamp or officially endorse executive drawings for the purpose of securing local work permits or No Objection Certificates (NOCs). The responsibility for securing all necessary municipal permits and direct governmental drawing approvals remains the sole obligation of the main contractor or the designated local project consultant.
2. B2B SERVICE DELIVERY, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION MATRICES
■ Payment Methods & Accepted Currencies
We process all secure corporate retainers, milestone settlements, and transactional payments exclusively via direct Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer) to our corporate bank account. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or third-party payment gateways. Transactions are primarily routed in UAE Dirhams (AED) or Saudi Riyals (SAR).
■ Service Execution & Corporate Delivery Timeline
Engineering studies, feasibility data outputs, tool calibration reports, and wireline field deployment occur strictly pursuant to milestones locked inside specific signed B2B Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Digital deliverables (e.g., custom borehole profile modeling files) are dispatched directly via secured company portals or authenticated corporate emails within 7-14 business days from kickoff initialization.
■ Retainers & Resource Allocation Policy
To ensure dedicated resource allocation and the highest quality of service, our payment and booking structures are tailored strictly to the nature of the engagement:
A. Engineering Design & Desktop Consultancy
For feasibility studies, trajectory designs, and technical planning, an upfront milestone retainer (typically 50%, or as defined in your SLA) is required to commence engineering work. Due to the immediate deployment of intellectual resources and engineering hours, this advance is non-refundable once the design phase has been initiated.
B. On-Site Field Advisory & Steering Supervision
When booking our expert engineers for site deployment and real-time guidance, we require an advance booking retainer equivalent to 2 to 3 standard daily rates. This payment exclusively reserves our technical team's calendar for your crossing dates.
We deeply understand that field conditions are dynamic and subject to unexpected delays. However, if a scheduled deployment is entirely canceled, or postponed less than 72 hours prior to the agreed start date, this specific booking retainer becomes non-refundable to compensate for the blocked calendar time. To optimize your project costs and avoid standby fees, we strongly advise our partners to verify complete site and rig readiness before confirming a final field mobilization date.
3. DATA PRIVACY & PROP-DATA INTEGRITY STATEMENTS
Kemet Global holds a strict mandate regarding industrial operational privacy. Client telemetry data, coordinate tables, survey parameters, site profiles, and internal corporate accounts are securely structured matching UAE Data Protection Laws.
We implement offline localized computational setups for engineering profile parsing to safeguard industrial secrets. No sensitive telemetry or customer data matrix components are transmitted or distributed to outside vendors. Any online profile data interactions collected during basic contact inquiries are encrypted securely over Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS) channels.
